Attorney Philip Summers is a Partner concentrating his practice in the areas of elder law, estate planning, probate, guardianship, complex probate litigation, and criminal law.   When representing probate litigation clients, whether fiduciaries or beneficiaries, Attorney Summers seeks a prompt resolution to disputes.  Most importantly he seeks to protect and advance his client's interests and rights.  As an experienced litigator, he strives to make the legal process as smooth as possible for each individual client.

Attorney Summers also hosts and produces "Older and Loving It", a popular local cable show addressing the legal and life concerns of seniors and their families.  "Older and Loving It" is intended to help seniors, and nearly seniors, enjoy healthy, active, and happy lifestyles as they grow older and to provide useful information to deal with age-related problems that may arise.
 
His previous experience includes working in the Middlesex District Attorney's Office prosecuting criminal matters and various positions at Digital Equipment Corporation.  Attorney Summers is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Middlesex Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.  

Attorney Summers believes very strongly in community involvement and has been very involved locally.  He is the President of the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce and an active board member for Acton Community Access Television.  He also generously donates his time to the Acton public schools.  He is the Attorney Coach for the Acton Boxborough High School Mock Trial team and has had numerous High School students job shadow him at Concord District Court.  Attorney Summers has also coached many Acton youth sports teams, such as lacrosse, soccer, basketball and baseball.  

Attorney Summers earned his B.S. from Babson College, his M.B.A. at Boston University, and his J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law.
